This classic ghost walk has been around for over 15 years and showcases various haunted locations around the city! Visit the Royal Connaught Hotel, Right House, Hamilton Place Theatre and Pigott Building. This is a great way to learn some hidden history about the city that are sure to send shivers down your spine! The walk cost $15 and takes place on multiple dates leading up to Halloween. 2. Bizarro’s Haunt

Bizarro’s Haunt was named one of Ontario’s top 5 best Haunted Attractions of 2017 and offers a number of activities that are sure to put you in the Halloween mood! Below are a list of the various activities offered by the Halloween hot spot:
Factory Of Fear: Situated on two 53 foot tractor trailers, the Factory of Fear is ranked one of the scariest haunted houses in the city! Experience tight, dark rooms, state of the art video projection effects, Creepy animal cages, and live actors!
Museum Of Oddities: Experience one of the strangest museums that Hamilton has to offer! Exhibits include real Egyptian Mummies, haunted dolls, strange taxidermy, and more!
Critter Corner: Get up close and personal with live animals! We recommend getting a photo with their 13ft Boa Constrictor or 8 foot Python!
The Candy Crypt: This spot is a must-visit for all candy lovers! Get your hands on some classic halloween favourites, retro candy, pucker powder candy tower, and more!
Vendor Alley & Cross Roads: Be sure to check out their Vendor Alley and Cross Roads Gift Emporium in the “Haunt Community Hub”! This is a great spot to pick up crafts, gifts, housewares, souvenirs, snacks, and everything you need to put you in the Halloween spirit!
3. Lindley’s Farm & Market (Haunted Hay Ride, 4 Acre Corn Maze, & Zip Line)

Lindley’s is a great spot for the adventurous couple looking to get lost in a corn maze or check out the multiple acres of property while also getting spooked on their haunted hay ride! If you’re really adventurous, be sure to try out their zip line that is situated beside their corn maze. The farm also offers pumpkin picking and sells a variety of homegrown goods!
4. Concession Street Fallfest

The Concession Street Fallfest is an annual street festival put on by the Concession Street Business Improvement Area! The festival includes live music, local restaurants, and unique vendors! The festival also runs a pumpkin carving contest that is open to the public! If you would like to compete, please deliver your carved pumpkin to Candiwerx (554 Concession St, Hamilton, ON L8V 1A9) by 10am! There is also a costume parade that will take place starting at 11am!
5. Nightmare On Elmore

Nightmare on Elmore is a 6 day haunted house that claims to be the scariest experience in the city! Visitors get to explore 10 different rooms and do their best to find their way out. Many of the rooms do not have fixed exits, meaning visitors will have to get creative when finding their way out. There are two levels of scary for visitors to endure. From 3:00pm to 8pm the event is children friendly and does not include live actors. From 8:00pm to 11:00pm the Nightmare On Elmore team advises you to “enter at your own risk”! If you have children, we recommend checking out the event on October 29 and 30 as Home Depot will be on sight from 5pm to 9pm helping children build free haunted bird houses (*limited to the first 100 children).
