Dundas Cactus is a free, popular festival weekend with live music, demos, midway, amazing food, family activities, shops, restaurants, bars and summer patios!
Why Cactus?
The Cactus Festival name is a tribute to Marika and Ben Veldhuis and their Dundas cactus greenhouses! Veldhuis’ cactus business flourished from 1951 to 1988 and put Dundas on the map as the Cactus Capital of Canada!
