Nique rocks an industrial vibe, with big windows, popart walls and an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs at work! Your vegetables and fresh herbs are likely grown in Nique’s own farm garden.

Michael Kaminer wrote his New York Times review on August 24, 2017 titled “Five Places to go in Hamilton, Ontario.” He highlighted Nique as one of his five picks, with high praise for the sushi nachos. Kaminer says Nique’s cuisine reflects “Canada’s ethnic mosaic.”

An extensive bar menu reveals the bartender’s serious passion for creative cocktails and variety of beers! Nique drink names are equally creative and fun! The “Thai Cat” cocktail is a tribute to Hamilton football!
Every Day is Special!
Mondays at Nique feature a yummy fish fillet sandwich for lunch, and a dinner special called “buck a shuck” oysters! Tuesday lunchers love the pork belly banh mi. Tuesday dinner is “Toonie Tuesday.” Fried chicken is $2/piece. Wednesday dinner is “Wibs” Night serving up an awesome combo plate of wings and ribs.
Sunday Brunch features $5 mimosas. Sunday evening is burgers, beer and The Blues live music.
If the daily special isn’t your thing, you can order Calamari, Loaded Potatoes, Brussel Sprout Snacks, housemade pasta with butternut squash sauce, beef or vegetarian burgers, Nique farm snap pea salad, and jerk chicken.
