Keeping it Local!

Mustard Seed is all about local, local, local! In-store labels describe what’s in your food and where it’s from. Your purchases support Hamilton farmers and food producers! You’re part of the community at Mustard Seed!

One Co-op goal is “feel good about your food!”  As a Mustard Seed customer you can feel good knowing your food is produced with ethical and sustainable farming practices.

Mustard Seed Workshops!

Frequent Mustard Seed workshops are open to everyone. Recent workshops covered fermenting, permaculture, hearty soup making, cooking wild foods and composting.

A fall “winter wellness smoothie” workshop shared great recipes for creating your own smoothies that are nutritious, delicious and easy on your stomach!
