Chef Gordon Goss is the new executive chef at Radius. Chef Goss brings his impressive chef credentials in the GTA to Hamilton creating a new Radius menu in November. As a farm to table advocate and enthusiastic traveler, Chef crafts fresh local classic cuisine blended with international flavors.
