Great Food in the Arts District!

“Great” just begins to describe the Saint James experience! You’ll enjoy special coffees, creative food, friendly service and the pleasure of being in this beautiful space! If you haven’t discovered breakfast and lunch at Saint James, you are missing out!

For the first time, Saint James is serving Friday night dinner, too.

New York Times Recent Spotlight!

NYT travel writer, Michael Kaminer, selected Saint James as one of the 5 places to visit in Hamilton in his recent, August 24, 2017 feature article!

Kaminer described the Arts District eateries as “inventive farm-to-table restaurants” and spotlighted Saint James Expresso Bar & Eatery specifically.

Kaminer highlighted the visual appeal of the “steampunk accents”, and made special mention of the “peppery avocado toast, crunchy falafel salad and home- made scones.”

Nitro Cold Brew (NCB)!

In addition to amazing hot coffee brews, Saint James offers their popular nitro cold brew. Your nitro cold brew is prepared by a slow steep, maximizing the coffee richness and minimizing the acidity.

The tiny nitrogen bubbles infused at the tap, create a creamy, silky cold brew taste without sugar or added milk.

Amazing Food!

Saint James short stacks with delicious, surprising toppings like caramelized bananas, may change the way you think about pancakes forever! Saint James mushroom toast is a customer favorite!  And the sourdough bread is addicting!

Saint James serves peameal bacon, an iconic Canadian-created treat!  This unique bacon is lean pork loin, with a longer wet cure, rolled in cornmeal and grilled.  Peameal bacon is a tender, juicier bacon taste experience like no other.

Experience Saint James for Yourself!

You’ll find Saint James at 170 James Street N, open Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 9am-4pm.  Plus now, Friday Dinner starts at 5:30pm.  Big windows, high ceilings, intimate friendly atmosphere, great service, and wonderful food makes Saint James Expresso Bar & Eatery a treat for everyone!
