2017 Culture Days Canada
Culture Days Canada has been a national celebration of arts and culture since 2010. Hundreds of thousands of volunteers, artists, cultural creators, supporters, and admirers participate and share activities during the 3 day event. September 29, 30 and October 1st are the dates for 2017 Culture Days Canada.
2017 Culture Days Hamilton
May 24th was the Hamilton kickoff informational meeting at the central Hamilton Public Library open to all interested in planning and learning about the local event. Hamilton celebrates the unique local arts, crafts and creative community. Everyone is encouraged to participate whether as artist, organization, volunteer, supporter or attendee. Culture Days Hamilton is a weekend family friendly event.
Culture Days Canada tag line is “create participate share”
Two requirements for being an accepted, registered presenter are the offering must be free of charge and second it must include audience participation.

Presenters include artists, crafters, photographers, architects, cooks, musicians, farmers, writers, historians, designers, poets, actors, and dancers to name just a few.
Hamilton Organizations Volunteer
The City of Hamilton is fortunate to have the Hamilton Arts Council lead the organizing for the event. The Hamilton Public Library has offered space for Hamilton Culture Days activities.
Culture Days Hamilton, Culture Days Ontario, and Culture Days Canada highlight the broad network and diversity of creative talent across the province and country, as well as, give Hamilton residents a renewed appreciation for the local creative community.
