The Geoff Hudson Band recently launched their debut EP ‘What Do Ya Say’ and are praising the city of Hamilton for playing a key role in its creation process! This Hamilton trio is an eclectic blend of post-folk acoustic jazz and is made up of artists Geoff Hudson (Acoustic Guitar/Vocals), Jill McKenna (Bass/Vocals), and Ben Bowen (Trumpet/Keys). The group has been playing together for over four years since originally connecting through the power of Hamilton’s strong artist community. Hudson and McKenna met at Mohawk College while studying in their Jazz program. The two then connected with Ben Bowen while attending an open mic at the Zoetic Theatre. The Geoff Hudson band is a great example of Hamilton’s diverse talent coming together through the many artistic organizations in the city! The band is set to announce a number of autumn shows in the coming weeks!
