Working session.
First conversation is a working session, not a sales call. Bring real material. We'll do the same.
Honest fit.
If we're not the right partner, we'll say so. Better honest than expensive.
Common questions.
How do engagements typically start?
- With a Sync session: a thirty-minute working call, not a sales call. Bring an initiative, a question, or a napkin sketch. The studio spends the time understanding the shape of the work and whether we are a fit. Every inquiry gets a written response or a confirmed call within two business days.
What does a Sync session look like?
- A thirty-minute conversation with the Hamilton Rising team. No deck, no discovery script, no qualifying questionnaire upfront. The goal is to understand what you are actually building, what the shape of the work is, and whether the studio's three disciplines (creative content, digital experiences, integration) are the right fit. If we are not the right partner, we will say so.
What is your typical response time?
- Same week. Every inquiry, whether a Sync booking, a Brief submission, or a Message, gets a written response or a confirmed call within two business days. Often faster. The "What happens next" panel on this page lays out the steps in order.
Do you work with national brands?
- Yes. Past engagements include national TV spots, national documentary partnerships, and ongoing work with brands that operate across Canada. Baffin Industrial is one example. The studio's case studies span Hamilton-rooted institutions, regional clients, and national-scale work.
What is the difference between a Sync, a Brief, and a Message?
- A Sync is a booked working session on the calendar. A Brief is a written intake form for projects with an existing scope, RFP, or napkin sketch. A Message is a flexible open inbox for questions, hellos, or starting an exchange. All three land in the same inbox and get the same response. Pick the format that matches where you are in your thinking.
