Collective Arts Brewing (collectiveartsbrewing.com)

Locals and tourists are excited about Hamilton Craft Beer!  Beer lovers seek out Collective Arts Brewing on Burlington St East, near the Waterfront.  Collective Arts features a large onsite brewery, store, tasting room and gallery.  Daily tours and a full schedule of events make Collective Arts a popular destination.  Original works by local Artists are featured on Collective’s one of a kind Art Can Designs.

Their Burlington Street building was constructed in 1947 as a brewery and housed 7 different breweries over the years. Collective Arts Brewing restored the building and blended the “made in Hamilton” craft beer tradition with strong support for local artists and music.

Shawn & Ed Brewing Co (lagershed.com)

Craft beer fans in Dundas love the lagershed line of craft beers at Shawn & Ed Brewing Co. on 65 Hatt St.  Shawn Till and Ed Madronich restored this historic Dundas brick building for their brewery. The  Shawn & Ed Brewing Co. motto is “quality not quantity” for their “state of the art” craft beer. In addition to their lagershed beers, Shawn & Ed offer a barrelshed line, aged in wine barrels for a one of a kind craft beer experience.
